Lady Kate & Crew

Our vessel

The Lady Kate was first commissioned in 1970. She is a 24-meter ex-fishing trawler vessel that was converted into a passenger expedition boat by a British ship refurbishment company approximately 10 years ago. The Lady Kate was not built for speed but to withstand the harsh environment and rough sea conditions.

Since its conversion she has covered many nautical miles and has been used as a support vessel at different competitions and events at sea.  In addition, she has operated as a diving, snorkelling and free-diving support boat all over the world. She has featured in documentaries as crew boat  as well as support vessel. Click here to watch a trailer by ITV (UK)!

Our ship offers comfortable accommodation for passengers.

  • 5x twin cabins (bunk beds)
  • 2x single cabins
  • 3x large shower rooms
  • 3x toilets (with wash basins)

Guests also benefit from a cosy and spacious lounge area.

Please note that the Lady Kate has good quality, comfortable cabins and it was specifically converted for expeditions to withstand harsh weather and rough seas.
